It contains marine Omega-3 triglycerides, Eicosapentaenoic Acide (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), which are classified as essential fatty acids as they cannot be synthesized in the body, and must, therefore, be obtained by dietary sources.

Usage :
